Want to treat your bridesmaids, enjoy time with mom, sisters, aunts and cousins or just thank your staff for a job well done? Renaissance Salon & Spa is a great venue for your next event. If you would like to book a package of treatments, or if booking for a group of individuals, please know that we can schedule these events up to one year in advance. We suggest that once you have chosen the desired date and time, you make your appointments as soon as possible.
Some Booking Guidelines
Group Events and Parties
Our Day Spa accommodates groups up to 16 depending on the mix of services selected. Feel free to call us for suggestions on what services to select for your group. If you want to visit and catch up with friends, manicures and pedicures are a good choice. If you are getting ready for a wedding, mini facials, mini pedicures and manicures are a good. choice, with the bride receiving full services. Treating an office staff? Stagger their appointments throughout the morning or afternoon, offering them a choice of 2 services out of a list of 4. And private parties can be booked outside our normal business hours.
Gratuities are at the discretion of each client. If you have enjoyed a service, 15% or 20% of the service fee is an appropriate amount to leave as a tip. Treatment prices do not include gratuities. In addition, the listed prices for the Day Spa Gift Packages do not include a gratuity unless specifically noted on your Gift Certificate.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow enough time for you to relax and fill out any required paperwork.
(IMPORTANT! A late arrival time will result in a shortened service time, and you will still be billed for the full cost of the treatment as it was originally booked.)
Group Cancellations & Fees
Group Reservations require an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost for all treatments. Deposits may be paid by credit card or by gift certificate.
Groups of 3-4 require 2 business days’ notice of cancellation.
Groups of 5-7 require 3 business days’ notice of cancellation.
Groups of 8 or more require 4 business days’ notice of cancellation.
If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled according to the above guidelines, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any and all services involved.

Please come comfortably dressed. Depending on the services scheduled, robes will be provided. During your treatment your body will be draped at all times, except for the area being treated. We recommend that you leave your more valuable items at home. We do not provide lockers so you are responsible for your items.
Contraindications to Treatment
Contraindications to treatments may include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, high blood pressure, infectious skin diseases, epilepsy and use of excessive or daily medication. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform our Front Desk at the time of booking, and your service professional prior to treatment.
Please note that it is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or large meals prior to any body treatments.
Right of Refusal
Renaissance Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service or in earshot of other clients will result in immediate termination of the service or cancellation of existing services. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

* Can everyone climb stairs? (We have a treatment room downstairs if not.)
* If services include nail services, does everyone have natural nails? Does anyone have acrylics or gel nails?
